Depending on circumstances, lifestyle changes may also help to resolve the issue. Regular physical activity, for instance, can serve as both an outlet for stress and a natural approach to treating conditions like anxiety and depression.
However, these techniques may not be sufficient for more complex cases. If the root of our issue is not addressed, symptoms may continue to interfere with our lives despite our best efforts.
